Book a private charter or request a shared charter where you book and pay for only the number of seats you need. Our private charters will fly you and your guests anywhere in the Continental US. Our shared charter flights depart from Texas to most public, private, and regional airports in and around surrounding destinations.
Book individual seats.
Enjoy the private charter experience at a fraction of the private charter price. We offer unique on-demand flights allowing you to book only the seats you need. Join an existing flight or create your own. When you create your own, our proprietary software matches your itinerary with other customer requests so you can purchase only the seats you need.
Click on the SHARED CHARTER tab at the top of the search module on our homepage. Once you enter your flight details, we’ll show you three different flight options:
Book a flight. Book an existing flight. A green icon is a Ready-to-Go flight. These flights are ready for you to book right now.
Join a flight. A light blue icon means you can join an Existing Flight Request. This is a flight that has been requested by another WingTips customer. Select a flight that fits your schedule, and we will contact you when an aircraft is assigned.
Create a flight. A dark blue icon means you can Create Your Own Flight Request. Once you create a request, we will work on your behalf to inquire whether other WingTips customers want to join it so we can convert it to a confirmed flight.
Charter the full plane.
Whether you’re traveling for business or pleasure, with a group, or by yourself, our Concierge Service team will provide a private flying experience catered to your needs. Pay for the entire flight or split the bill. Just let us know your preference and we’ll send you a payment link to share with your traveling companions.
